Do you service/re-certify the product locally or does it need to be sent to Germany?
We are proud to service and recertify most devices in our Danvers, MA office. There are some rare circumstances under which devices will have to be sent to Germany for repair, but our customer service department will communicate all of this information prior to taking any action.
