Is the Techkon Device Service downloaded with the ChromaQA software, or is it a separate download? If the latter, where can I download Techkon Device Service?

The Techkon Device Service is included in the ChromaQA installer, and there is no separate download available for it. If you don't see TDS after ChromaQA is installed, please check your firewall or anti-virus settings, especially if you use the SentinelOne product.
