Battery related question…Can you easily power the device off between uses or does it only “go to sleep”? It seems older SpectroDens models did not have an option to power OFF.
There is no Power Off function on the SDN4, except the travel lock. The device will go into sleep mode after 1 minute or 2 and it uses very minimum battery power under sleep mode. You can leave the device in sleep for a few weeks and come back to use it.
